Delivery Information

Delivery Areas

We provide same day delivery to Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur & selected areas in Selangor)

Please note that we are unable to cater for time specific deliveries

We deliver gift boxes and flower bouquets to areas listed below. Place your order before 12:00pm for same-day delivery.

Please check the following area and rate charges below. 

**Kindly take note to key in your delivery information correctly during the checkout for the postcode fees.

    • Zone A (RM15): Shah Alam
    • Zone B (RM25): Klang, Pelabuhan Klang, Bandar Puncak Alam, Petaling Jaya, Puchong, Subang Jaya, 
    • Zone C (RM35): Rawang, Cheras, Sungai Buloh, Seri Kembangan, Serdang, Kuala Lumpur
    • Zone D (RM45): Kajang, Semenyih, Bandar Baru Bangi, Cyberjaya, Ampang

    When is the delivery time if I made an order?

    There will be 2 delivery time : Morning session from 10:00am to 4:00pm, and Evening session from 4:00pm to 7:00pm. Same day delivery is available order before 12:00pm. Self-collect/ pick up is available and you may call/whatapps us to check status of your order in case you need urgently.

    Can you deliver my order at a specific time?

    We are unable to promise delivery at a specific time but you can whatapps us to check if there is a time slot to deliver upon your request. We deliver anytime from 10:00am to 7:00pm. We endeavour to have all orders delivered by 6:00pm. Once the bunch is delivered, an email notification or sms will be sent to you.

    Is it necessary to give you the recipient’s contact number and full delivery address?

    Yes, please provide us with the recipient’s contact number and full delivery address so that our driver is able to deliver your order safely. To maintain a fast and efficient delivery, please ensure that your recipient is present at the address provided to receive the flowers. Free delivery will only be made ONCE. If it is unsuccessful, the flowers will be sent back to Blooming Petalz and a notification will be sent to you.

    Shall there be need for a re-delivery, a re-delivery fee will be charged depending on your recipient’s location.

     

    How does same day delivery work?

    The order cut-off time for same day delivery is at 12:00pm. If you place your order after 12:00pm, your order will be delivered on our 2nd delivery slot between 2:00pm-7:00pm subject to availability of slot. You can contact/whatsapp us to check for the availability of delivery time slot or do self-pick up from our shop as we will need time to process and prepare your order. We do not provide for time specific deliveries and aim to have all deliveries completed by 7:00pm.

     

     

    What is your delivery cut off time?

    For orders before 12:00pm, your orders will be delivered between 10:00am-7:00pm ; if you order after 12:00pm, your order can still be delivered between 4:00pm-7:00pm subject to availability of delivery time slot. You can contact/whatsapp us to check on the availability of delivery time slot

    Which location do you deliver to?

    We deliver within all Klang Valley areas. Deliveries to outbound area, it will be incurred extra charges.To find out more, please chat with us at 011-56278126.

    What will happen if recipient is not around to receive the order?

    We will place your order items in a safe spot until your recipient returns, with a colleague, family member, friend, receptionist, security guard of property area or whichever option is convenient for our rider, Please note that we are only able to attempt delivery of your order once. It is therefore very important for you to ensure there is someone there to receive the order on your recipient’s behalf, if you’re not sure if he/she is going to be around.

    How do I know if the order has been delivered?

    Our team will send you a whatapps picture of your order together with receiver after it has been delivered. 

    Can I self-collect/pick up my order?

    Yes, you may let us know if you would like to self collect/pick up.

    How do I place an order?

    To place an order, please head over to our Blooming Petalz website, select the product, fill in your message and recipient’s details, choose your delivery method and then checkout to make your payment.

    How to order for self-collect/pick up?

    You can fill in the special instructions box during the checkout cart or you may contact/whatapps us for self-collect/pick up.

    How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

    If you need a message, address or delivery date changed, please contact us with your order number and change request as soon as possible. Depending on your order and delivery status, we will confirm with you whether the changes can be made. Orders that have already been prepared, picked up or are en route cannot be changed.

    How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

    Once you’ve successfully placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. As this is an automatically generated email, please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see the email in your inbox. You may also view your confirmed orders when you’re logged into your account. For any inquiries, you can email us at bloomingpetalzflorist@gmail.com.

     

     

    How can I make a special bulk or corporate order?

    Please drop us an email at bloomingpetalzflorist@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

    Will I be charged if I cancel my order?

    You may cancel your order by 10.00am or 1 day before your intended delivery date. A processing fee of RM5 or 5% of the amount paid whichever is higher will be imposed on your refund. Please note that it will take up to 3-5 working days for the refund process to be completed.

    Payment Information

    What sort of payment methods do you accept?

    We have several payment methods available on our online store such as credit/debit card, local online bank transfer, e-wallets such as Boost, Touch n Go, and Grabpay.

    Can I make payment upon pick up?

    As we operate predominantly online, the payment for your order must be made on our website before we can proceed to process your order

    Is COD available?

    Unfortunately, it is not available at the moment.

    Account Information

    Do I have to register an account before ordering?

    You may create a new account with us if it’s your first time and get voucher from us for your 1st time purchase. Alternatively, you may opt for guest check out. Please note that having an account with us will make placing your future orders more convenient and get weekly new arrival updates from us via email.

    Where can I find my coupon/promos code?

    After you’ve logged into your account, you can view your available coupon codes on the rewards page.

    I’d like to change my account details?

    You may change your account details by clicking on the My Account button.
